Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases from OEM-X AU are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless we have made an error on our end.

Fitment Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that a part is compatible with their specific vehicle before placing an order. Product listings include fitment information as a guide only. OEM-X AU is not liable for parts purchased for an incompatible vehicle where the listing accurately described the fitment.

If we have made an error in a product listing that caused you to receive an incorrect or incompatible part, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.

Made-to-Order Steering Wheels

All made-to-order steering wheels are manufactured to your specifications. These items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

Items Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage and packaging. We will assess each situation individually and work with you to find a resolution.
