Shipping Policy

OEM-X AU ships within Australia and internationally. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Dispatch and delivery

We don’t promise a fixed dispatch or delivery timeframe. Timing varies by item and destination, and we’ll advise you about your order individually. Made-to-order steering wheels have a separate production period before they can be shipped.

We provide tracking for all shipments so you can follow your parcel after it has been sent.

Shipping concerns

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with photos of the item and packaging. We assess damage reports case by case, as described in our refund policy. If you have another shipping concern, contact us with your order number so we can look into it.
