About these terms
These terms apply when you use the OEM-X AU online store or place an order with us. Please read the product details and these terms before ordering.

Products and fitment
We sell automotive parts and made-to-order steering wheels. Check the product information and confirm compatibility with your vehicle before ordering. Fitment information is a guide; if you are unsure whether a part suits your vehicle, contact us before placing your order. If we have made an error in a listing, contact us so we can assess and resolve the issue.

For made-to-order steering wheels, check your selected specifications carefully before ordering. Once production begins, we do not accept cancellations or change-of-mind returns for these items, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Prices, payment and shipping
The price and applicable shipping charge are shown at checkout before you place your order. We ship within Australia and internationally. Dispatch and delivery timing varies by item and destination; made-to-order steering wheels require production before shipping. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

OEM Used and New Items
Items listed as "OEM Used" or "OEM New" are sold "as is" with no warranty or returns available.

Returns and problems with orders
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described, or we made an error with your order, contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Photos of a damaged item and its packaging help us assess damage in transit. See our Refund Policy for our process.

Nothing in these terms or our policies excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
